What does a Senior Process Improvement Consultant do?
As a Senior Process Improvement Consultant, you will take the lead in complex improvement and transformation projects. You will provide direction to teams, engage stakeholders and guide organisations in achieving sustainable change. Drawing on your experience, you know how to translate strategic challenges into a clear approach, build support and drive results.
You are a trusted sparring partner for management and the board, coach teams through change and ensure that improvement initiatives actually lead to better performance, more efficient processes and a future-proof organisation. A selection of your work.
You will take the lead on complex transformation, change and improvement programmes and be responsible for delivering sustainable results, from setting the strategic direction through to successful implementation and embedding.
You will advise management and the board on process improvement, organisational development and continuous improvement, and translate strategic ambitions into concrete change programmes.
You facilitate steering groups, management meetings and decision-making processes, and are able to bring stakeholders together at strategic, tactical and operational levels around shared objectives.
You support organisations in developing a process-oriented way of working and a culture of continuous improvement, as was the case with a project for a government implementing body where a process-oriented approach was embedded within the organisation on a structural basis.
You will lead organisation-wide improvement initiatives within complex operational environments, for example by making processes relating to local authority taxes smarter, more efficient and easier to manage.
You will lead improvement programmes at network operators, for example in relation to smart meters, connections, fault handling and asset management, whereby, as project leader, you will be responsible for implementing new working methods and achieving lasting improvements throughout the supply chain.
