Review architectural, MEP, and interior design drawings to identify and mitigate potential EHS hazards (e.g., life safety code compliance, ergonomics, fire protection systems, and maintenance access safety).
Collaborate closely with project managers, JLL teams, and design consultants to embed safety-in-design principles, ensuring assets are inherently safer for future occupants and facility teams.
Conduct safety risk assessments during the planning and fit-out stages to eliminate hazards before physical execution begins.

Drive compliance sign-offs and ensure required documentation (such as safety clearances, testing certificates, and crane/equipment compliance files) are rigorously tracked and secured.
Understanding of critical electrical safety (NFPA 70E, LOTO for high-voltage systems), generator and fuel storage safety, HVAC/Chiller plant risks, server room fire suppression systems (e.g., clean agent gas suppression), and strict uptime/continuity constraints.
Expertise in structural high-risk operations, façade installation, tower crane and heavy lifting safety, working at heights, suspended scaffolding, and permit-to-work (PTW) systems.
Comprehensive knowledge of building management systems (BMS), smoke extraction systems, emergency evacuation modeling, and Cause & Effect (C&E) Matrix verifications .
