Are you a hands-on recruiting professional who enjoys connecting great people with great opportunities? We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to support hiring needs in San Bernardino, CA!
Pay: $26.71–$28.71/hour
Location: San Bernardino, CA — onsite
Duration: 4-month assignment
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Own the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to identify and attract qualified talent.
Help improve recruitment operations by developing SOPs for hiring and onboarding.
Build valuable experience across talent acquisition, HR operations, compliance, and process improvement.
What you’ll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Four years of recent, paid full-cycle recruiting experience within the past six years.
Strong communication, organization, and candidate management skills.
ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus!
