Location: US (Remote)
Salary: $200K-$260K base
Responsibilities
Develop and manage integrated project schedules across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning
Own budgets, cash flow forecasting, and change control processes, tracking performance against KPIs
Act as the central communication point for stakeholders, providing clear and consistent project updates
Manage contracts end-to-end, including RFPs, bid analysis, awards, and close-out
Lead cross-functional teams, driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement
Requirements
Degree in an engineering discipline, ideally with construction management qualifications
7+ years of project management experience in large-scale infrastructure or data centre construction
Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent preferred
Strong knowledge of construction disciplines, procurement processes, and cost control
