1. Strategic Program Leadership
Lead the integrated Facilities and Construction roadmap in alignment with site business objectives, manufacturing ramp requirements, operational priorities and future expansion plans. Translate strategic priorities into clear programs, governance forums, milestones, owners and measurable outcomes.
2. Multi-Project Portfolio Coordination
Provide streamlined coordination for multiple projects running concurrently. Maintain a coordinated master view of achievements, resource needs, interfaces, constraints, and dependencies. Resolve conflicts across projects and ensure that individual teams work toward common site-level outcomes.
3. Construction and Expansion Delivery
Lead the delivery of greenfield, brownfield and expansion programs from planning and development through procurement, construction, commissioning, handover and closeout. Ensure effective project controls for Phase 1A completion, Phase 1B/1C, PWF, Building 2, power infrastructure and other approved expansion scopes.
4. Facilities Stabilization and Preparedness for Operation
Drive Phase 1 Facilities Operations stabilization through structured planning, system-wise closure, formal handover, mature operations and maintenance practices, reliability improvement, documentation readiness, spares strategy, proficiency development and continuous improvement. Establish clear transition criteria from project mode to sustained operations.
5. Capital and Operating Budget Ownership
Own Capital Expenditure and Operating Expenditure planning for the Facilities and Construction portfolio.
