We are seeking a dedicated, proactive, and experienced Assistant Security Manager to support the overall safety and security operations of our resort, ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests, team members, and property assets. The role involves overseeing daily security operations, implementing security procedures, managing incidents and emergencies, supervising security personnel, and coordinating with relevant authorities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, sound judgment, and excellent problem-solving abilities while maintaining high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and guest service in line with Avani's values and operational standards.
