As a UX Designer you will join the UX team within the Dossier Tribe. From this team, you collaborate on projects with various development teams, both within and outside the tribe. You exchange ideas with other UX designers about research, design decisions, and the connections between projects. This allows you to learn from each other’s approaches while helping shape UX practice at Nedap.
We work in a hybrid setting and meet regularly at the Nedap Campus in Groenlo to design together, discuss ideas, and challenge each other. And, of course, to catch up and share a laugh. You have the freedom to shape your own approach, with colleagues around you to offer ideas and support.
