Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong Conga CLM expertise to support the configuration, development, and implementation of Contract Lifecycle Management solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, customise, and maintain Conga CLM solutions within Salesforce.
Develop and manage contract templates using Conga Composer.
Configure contract approval workflows, clause libraries, and contract lifecycle processes.
Support contract data migration, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Design and implement Salesforce Flows to automate business processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Troubleshoot technical issues and support system enhancements and integrations.
Required Skills & Experience
5–7 years of Salesforce development experience , with hands-on Conga CLM expertise.
Strong experience in Conga CLM configuration and customisation .
Proficiency in Conga Composer , contract templates, and document generation.
Experience managing clause libraries and contract approval workflows .
Hands-on experience with contract data migration .
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flows and process automation.
Solid understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management processes.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Desirable Skills
Experience with Salesforce Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and APIs.
Experience delivering end-to-end Conga CLM implementations.
Relevant Salesforce certifications.
