Role Overview
We are looking for highly experienced Senior SAP CRM Techno-Functional Consultants to join a long-term project within the Utilities sector.
The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with SAP CRM, SAP S/4HANA Utilities for Customer Engagement, WebUI development, and Utilities-specific product configuration and integration.
This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise and functional understanding, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, develop, and enhance SAP CRM solutions to support business requirements.
Work extensively with SAP S/4HANA Utilities for Customer Engagement.
Perform SAP CRM WebUI configuration, customization, development, and enhancements.
Configure and support Advanced Variant Configuration and Product Modeling Environment (PME).
Work with Utilities Product Integration Layer (UPIL) and Utilities Sales Contracts.
Support SAP CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing processes.
Manage and troubleshoot SAP CRM Middleware and integration-related issues.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, and business process documentation.
Support system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing solution improvements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills and Experience
Extensive experience as a SAP CRM Techno-Functional Consultant.
Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Utilities for Customer Engagement.
Proven expertise in SAP CRM configuration, customization, and enhancements.
Advanced experience with SAP CRM WebUI configuration and development.
Strong knowledge of Advanced Variant Configuration.
Hands-on experience with Utilities Product Integration Layer (UPIL).
In-depth understanding of Utilities Sales Contracts.
Experience with Product Modeling Environment (PME).
Strong understanding of SAP CRM Middleware and system integrations.
Experience across SAP CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
Proven ability to document business processes, functional requirements, and technical solutions.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
Professional proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience delivering SAP CRM solutions within the Energy and Utilities industry.
Experience working on large-scale SAP implementation, enhancement, or transformation projects.
Knowledge of end-to-end Utilities business processes.
Experience collaborating with distributed international teams.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are particularly interested in senior consultants who combine deep SAP CRM technical capabilities with strong functional knowledge of Utilities business processes.
Candidates with practical project experience in UPIL, PME, Utilities Sales Contracts, WebUI, and SAP S/4HANA Utilities will be highly preferred.
Contract Details
This is a fully remote, full-time contract opportunity running from 16 November 2026 to 30 November 2027, offering the opportunity to contribute to a specialized SAP Utilities project.
