NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Corporate Actions Specialist to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a hybrid Contract position.
SALARY: $30-$36 per hour (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
3+ years of experience in financial services
Proficiency in required software applications to produce reports, correspondence, and spreadsheets at an intermediate to high level
Skilled in reading and understanding stock records
Knowledge of financial products, instruments, management, and cash/capital principles
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Read legal and regulatory documents to determine required actions and processes
Notify Financial Advisors (FAs) about corporate actions affecting their clients
Process complex mandatory and voluntary offers
Manage dividends and interest payments processing and allocation
Update account statuses with daily reports
Handle client elections (instructions) when applicable
Respond to complex or unusual client inquiries independently
Update client and firm accounts accordingly
Process high volumes of inquiries regarding past and current corporate actions via phone, fax, and email
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for systems and new processes
Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned
