NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Transfer Associate to join our client’s team in St. Petersburg, Florida . This is an onsite , c ontract position.
SALARY: $22-$24 per hour (depending on experience). Unfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. Only candidates authorized to work in the US without sponsorship should apply.
REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years of recent administrative or client services experience within a professional office environment (not healthcare)
Experience working in banking or financial services
Ability to process and manage documents and document management tasks
Strong data entry skills, with a minimum score of 6000 KPH and 85% accuracy on data entry assessments
Basic to intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Willingness to go above and beyond for customers
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review and approve client requests to transfer accounts
Make calls to confirm transfer statuses with contra firms
Screen incoming and outgoing client requests and verify legal documentation
Examine transfer forms and letters of authorization for accuracy
Maintain detailed records and notes to ensure timely completion of client requests
Reconcile client accounts accurately
Create and distribute client correspondence
Assist management to improve department productivity through participation in meetings and training
Respond to mail, phone, and email inquiries professionally
Perform general clerical activities such as faxing, copying, and filing
