Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely, professional, and on-brand manner
Provide accurate information about NoGigiddy services, features, and earning opportunities
Assist users with navigating the platform and troubleshooting common issues
Maintain high customer satisfaction through empathetic communication and efficient problem-solving
Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve support workflows and documentation
Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments with full context
Participate in ongoing training to stay sharp on product knowledge and best practices
