Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely, professional manner
Resolve customer complaints, account issues, billing questions, and product concerns with care and efficiency
Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to look up account information and process requests
Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM for reporting and follow-up
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team with full context and documentation
Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above team benchmarks
Stay current on product changes, policy updates, and support procedures through ongoing training
Requirements
No degree required
No prior customer service experience needed — comprehensive training included
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Natural empathy and patience — you genuinely want to help people
Ability to stay composed and solution-focused when customers are frustrated
Comfortable navigating multiple software tools simultaneously
Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, and a quality headset for phone support
