Responsibilities
Enter, update, and verify data across multiple systems including CRM, spreadsheets, and internal databases
Review source documents for completeness and accuracy before entry
Identify and flag discrepancies, duplicates, or errors in existing records for correction
Maintain data entry logs and quality control documentation
Process high volumes of records within daily and weekly production targets
Assist with data cleanup and migration projects as needed
Maintain strict confidentiality of all personal and business information encountered
Requirements
No degree required
No prior data entry experience needed — training provided on all systems
Typing speed of at least 55 WPM with high accuracy
Sharp eye for errors — you catch the mistake everyone else scrolled past
Comfortable with spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel) and standard database interfaces
Consistent, reliable availability during scheduled hours
Reliable internet and a focused home workspace
