We’re looking for people who put their innovation to work to advance our success – and their own. Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.
The SIOP Associate Director leads the integrated planning management system that connects commercial demand, capacity, materials, inventory, manufacturing, financial expectations, and executive decisions across Data Solutions. The role leads the design, governance, and maturation of SIOP/IBP and ensures the process produces an aligned, decision-ready plan rather than a collection of functional forecasts.
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Lead the end-to-end Data Solutions SIOP/IBP operating model, including Program/Product Review, Demand Review, Supply and Capacity Review, financial reconciliation, Executive SIOP, and governance connecting SIOP to near-term SIOE execution.
Establish one integrated business plan across demand, supply, capacity, inventory, materials, customer priorities, and financial expectations, with clear assumptions, gaps, scenarios, trade-offs, decisions, and ownership.
Lead and develop the SIOP organization and functional capability, including demand planning, supply/capacity planning, analytics, and integration resources as assigned.
Govern scenario planning and executive trade-offs when demand exceeds capability, capacity is not positioned in the right location, material lead times create exposure, or customer and program priorities compete.
Connect the 12-18 month planning roadmap to the MPS and execution model through defined horizons, time fences, decision rights, assumptions, and escalation paths.
Lead maturation of rough-cut capacity planning into a sustainable, multi-site capability supporting labor, equipment, sourcing, investment, and network decisions.
Own strategic supply network design, including footprint optimization, manufacturing-location strategy, capacity placement, redundancy and resiliency options, inter-site dependencies, and longer-term continuity trade-offs.
Lead supply-chain integration for new manufacturing capability and major site-to-site transitions, aligning planning parameters, material strategy, procurement readiness, inventory transitions, ERP/master data, capacity, quality interfaces, and operational handoffs.
Create lifecycle governance for non-steady-state work such as product launches, site transfers, manufacturing redundancy, major product changes, and end-of-life transitions while protecting standard teams from excessive project workload.
Establish readiness gates, control points, scorecards, and executive visibility for network changes so risks surface early and ownership is explicit before transition into steady-state execution.
Partner with Operations, Sourcing, Procurement, Sales, Product Management, Program Management, Finance, and site leadership to convert SIOP decisions into executable capacity, material, inventory, and network actions.
Drive planning-process transformation, standard work, data governance, decision rights, talent development, digital and analytics adoption, and continuous improvement across the planning ecosystem.
YOU HAVE:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive leadership experience across SIOP/IBP, demand and supply planning, materials, capacity planning, network planning, manufacturing strategy or adjacent supply-chain fields is preferred.
Demonstrated success leading a cross-functional SIOP/IBP process and converting functional plans into executive decisions and executable operating plans.
Experience with multi-site supply networks, manufacturing-footprint decisions, site transfers, product launches and ramps, capacity strategy and resiliency planning.
Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to translate operational constraints and scenarios into revenue, inventory, investment, service, and risk…
