WHO WE ARE
Apex Fintech Solutions (Apex) powers innovation and the future of digital wealth management by building tech-forward solutions that help simplify, automate, and facilitate access to financial markets for all. Our robust suite of fintech software enables us to support clients such as Stash, Betterment, SoFi, Webull, and eToro, amongst many others; collectively, Apex powers access to the stock market for over 22+ million end customers.
At Apex, we are changing how the securities industry operates by reinventing the status quo, which was manual, slow, and accessible only by the ultra-wealthy. We're digitizing and democratizing systems so that everyone has an opportunity to invest.
When you're at Apex, you drive this change. You're part of a global team with a clear vision: to be the trusted technology that powers the digital economy. Our offices in Austin, Dallas, Chicago, New York, Portland, Belfast, and Manila are home to over 1,000 employees.
Together, we’re shaping the future of financial innovation. Embrace change. Solve big. Win together. And be G.R.E.A.T. — grit, results, empathy, accountability, and teamwork — with Apex.
We’re proud to be recognized for the innovative work we do, the purpose-driven nature of our work, and the collaborative culture we’ve created. Here are just a few of the many awards we’ve recently received:

Who We Are
Founded in 2024, Bruce Markets was built to deliver seamless digital investor experiences and bring greater reliability to extended-hours trading. Our team is made up of industry veterans with deep trading and technology experience. Bruce Markets is a FINRA and SEC registered broker dealer that operates the Bruce ATS, an overnight electronic trading marketplace for U.S. equities and ETFs, powered by Nasdaq.
We are at the front lines of expanding meaningful liquidity to global markets. This is a rare chance to help build a marketplace from the ground up and watch it grow.
About the Role
We are extending the Bruce ATS to weekends and are hiring Trading Operations Analysts to cover the new 48-hour session. You will join the trading operations team, which already staffs our weekday overnight shift, and be a key part of the weekend rollout.
This is more than monitoring. You will watch session-by-session client activity, understand how our subscribers trade, and find ways to support the growth of their order flow on our platform. You will work independently or with a small team, with a clear handoff process and an open culture of escalation when you need help.
What You’ll Do
Start each shift by accepting the handoff from the previous trade ops analyst and updating the broader company in Slack on current session activity
Provide trade support and actively monitor trading systems throughout the session
Perform system startup health checks to ensure smooth trading operations
Assist subscribers with questions, concerns and trade-related issues, resolving them in a timely manner
Flag outliers and share session trends and insights with clients, internal stakeholders and Bruce’s daytime team
Partner with Nasdaq’s Level 1 support during session as needed, continuing the close relationship we have today
Complete end-of-session activities, including system reviews and trade reconciliation
Learn our start-of-day functions, handoffs and periodic processes, and escalate confidently when you’re unsure how to proceed
Maintain strong knowledge of trading systems, order routing, execution and FIX protocol
Uphold regulatory and operational standards, including responsibilities as a Series 7-licensed representative
