Pearson Carter is working with an established UK professional services organisation looking for an experienced **Power Platform Developer** to join its growing technology function.
The business is investing heavily in **Power Platform, AI and automation**, creating an exciting opportunity to develop innovative solutions and improve internal business processes.
You'll join a collaborative IT team with the opportunity to take **genuine ownership of development projects**.
## THE ROLE
You'll work across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, developing solutions that improve efficiency and automate business processes.

Develop applications using **Power Apps**

Build and optimise workflows using **Power Automate**

Explore AI solutions using **Copilot Studio and Microsoft Copilot**

Integrate applications using APIs and SQL Server
-
Support reporting and analytics through Power BI
-
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
-
Work directly with stakeholders from requirements through to delivery
## THE CANDIDATE
-
**2 years' Power Platform development experience**

**Strong Power Apps and Power Automate Essential**
-
Experience with Copilot Studio, AI or automation desirable

Knowledge of APIs, SQL Server or Power BI beneficial

Confident gathering requirements and engaging stakeholders

Comfortable taking ownership of development projects
## THE OFFER
**35,000 - 40,000**
**Norwich, Norfolk**
**Hybrid 23 days per week onsite**
Hands-on involvement in Power Platform and AI initiatives
