Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Android / Flutter Developer Intern (Fresher) to join our mobile application development team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Android application development, Flutter, Dart programming, and mobile UI design principles.
The candidate will work closely with experienced developers to design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications while gaining hands-on experience in Android and cross-platform application development.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and maintaining Android and cross-platform mobile applications.
Build responsive, interactive, and user-friendly mobile application interfaces.
Develop mobile application features using Flutter and Dart.
Support native Android development using Java or Kotlin when required.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement application designs.
Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services into mobile applications.
Assist in implementing application navigation, state management, and reusable UI components.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application bugs and performance issues.
Participate in application testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Work with Firebase for authentication, database integration, and notifications.
Use Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration.
Assist in implementing local storage and data management functionalities.
Support mobile application deployment and release activities.
Maintain technical documentation for developed application features.
Stay updated with Android, Flutter, and mobile development technologies.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Flutter and Dart programming.
Understanding of Android application development fundamentals.
Familiarity with Android Studio or Visual Studio Code.
Basic knowledge of Java or Kotlin.
Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
Familiarity with Flutter widgets, layouts, and navigation.
Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON data handling.
Knowledge of responsive mobile UI design.
Basic understanding of Git and GitHub.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn new mobile development technologies.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Firebase Authentication, Firestore, or Realtime Database.
Basic knowledge of Flutter state management tools such as Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.

Eligibility Criteria
Fresh graduates or final-year students pursuing B.E., B.Tech, BCA, MCA, or B.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines.
Candidates from other educational backgrounds with relevant mobile application development skills may also apply.
0–1 year of experience.
Basic understanding of Flutter, Dart, or Android development.
