Job Summary
We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused IT Support Executive to provide technical assistance to employees and users. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system-related issues to ensure smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.
Install, configure, and update software and applications.
Assist users with login issues, password resets, and access permissions.
Diagnose basic network connectivity and internet-related problems.
Respond to IT support requests through calls, emails, chat, or ticketing systems.
Maintain records of technical issues and their resolutions.
Escalate complex problems to senior IT teams when required.
Assist with system maintenance, backups, and security updates.
Follow IT policies and ensure data security.
Skills Required
Technical Skills
Basic knowledge of Windows and other operating systems.
Computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
Basic networking concepts, including LAN, WAN, DNS, and IP addresses.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and email applications.
Software installation and configuration.
Familiarity with IT ticketing tools and remote support software.
Basic understanding of cybersecurity and access management.

Educational Qualifications
