Backend Developer (.NET) – Cyprus (hybrid) / Poland, Estonia (onsite)
Plexus has partnered with a global, multi-regulated financial services and trading group that’s expanding its backend engineering team and looking for several mid-level .NET / C# Developers .
The role:
Design, develop and support backend services, with a particular focus on integrations with other systems and services.
Build automated unit tests, participate in code reviews and help improve overall engineering quality.
Troubleshoot integration issues, identify bottlenecks and resolve bugs.
Work closely with internal and external teams throughout the integration process.
Help maintain clean, well organised and automated codebases.
The ideal profile:
3+ years’ experience in software development, ideally with C# / .NET
Strong understanding of object oriented programming and design patterns
Experience with APIs, integrations and troubleshooting backend issues
AWS/Azure, CI/CD, testing and relational databases are a plus
Forex, financial markets or FinTech experience is particularly valuable
