If you set a high bar for yourself and then look for ways to clear it, you'll fit right in. We're looking for ambitious, self-motivated people who want their work to make a visible impact and who are ready to grow as fast as the brands we serve.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Director of Digital Analytics to own how our digital team measures, explains, and improves performance across every channel our brands sell in. These channels include Amazon, Walmart, Target, TikTok Shop, Costco, Sam's Club, Best Buy, and DTC.
You'll be the person who turns fragmented retailer and platform data into a defensible point of view: what's actually driving sell-through, what media spend is earning its keep, where assortment and content are leaving money on the table, and what to do about it next quarter. You'll work directly with brand leadership, our media and content teams, and our data engineering organization, and you'll be in front of clients regularly.
The right candidate has lived inside these retailer ecosystems — not read about them. You know why Walmart's POS data and Amazon's shipped-COGS numbers don't reconcile, what changes when a brand moves from 1P to 3P, and why a TikTok Shop GMV number needs three caveats before you put it on a slide.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Act as the ultimate authority on all KPIs and calculations. You will define exactly what every metric means, document the exact methodology for how it is calculated, and ensure strict adherence across the organization. This will require standardizing fragmented retailer data into an ironclad single source of truth.
Set the standard for data quality and definitions. Own the metric dictionary and be the absolute final word when two dashboards disagree.
Own digital performance measurement end to end. Define the metrics, methodology, and reporting cadence for sales, share, media, content, and availability across all channels.
Build the closed loop. Connect retail media and social spend to downstream sell-through and true incremental sales. Move the team off last-click and platform-reported ROAS toward defensible attribution and structured test-and-learn design.
Own the measurement toolkit. Design and interpret incrementality tests, geo/DMA holdouts and matched-market reads, dayparting and flighting analysis, PDP and content quality measurement, regression analysis, causal impact analysis, share-of-search and share-of-shelf tracking, promotional lift and cannibalization studies, and new-to-brand and repeat-purchase analysis.
Translate data into decisions.…
