We're looking for a commercially-minded operational leader to shape the future of our distribution and fleet operations across the UK and Ireland.
This is a high-impact role where you'll influence how our stores, hubs, fleet, and teams operate every day. Working closely with senior leaders and operational teams, you'll drive improvements in safety, customer service, compliance, productivity, and cost performance across a national network.
If you thrive on solving operational challenges, coaching teams to achieve higher standards, and turning data into action, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

Key areas of responsibility include:
Leading company fleet operations across UK & Ireland business units.
Driving a strong culture of safety, compliance, and operational best practice.
Supporting and coaching Area Managers, Hub Managers, and operational teams to deliver consistent standards.
Using operational and fleet data to identify opportunities, reduce risk, and improve performance.
Leading supplier relationships to ensure service, value, and efficiency.

Ensuring compliance across vehicle, driver, and equipment operations.
Supporting business-wide projects that enhance the effectiveness of our stores, hubs, and distribution network.
What We're Looking For
We're interested in speaking with experienced operations, logistics, fleet, supply chain, or distribution leaders who can demonstrate:
Experience managing multi-site operational environments.
Strong knowledge of fleet, transport, safety, and compliance requirements.
A track record of driving operational improvement and change.
Excellent coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical ability with experience using data to improve performance.
The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational support.
IOSH / NEBOSH Qualified desirable
Why This Role?
This is more than a fleet management position.
It's an opportunity to influence operational performance at a national level, partner with senior leaders across the business, and play a key role in shaping the future of our distribution operations.
You'll have the autonomy to drive meaningful improvements, the visibility to influence change, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact on safety, service, efficiency, and business performance.
