Compensation: €3,200 - €3,400 DOE
Qualifications: Yachtmaster preferred

Yacht & Crew Profile
Prestigious 60m+ charter yacht with an excellent reputation thanks to repeat clients.
Winter plan is to cross to the Caribbean due to a few charters being booked already.
Next year, a boss trip is planned in Northern Europe (Scotland, Norway), followed by a Mediterranean charter season.
Crew is healthy, active, and fitness-oriented. Often have some downtime to go running, paddleboarding, and crew dinners.

Role Requirements
Yachtmaster or yacht rating is essential.
A motivated and hardworking Deckhand with a can-do attitude who has played in team sports
This role is for those experienced deckhands who have intentions to assume more responsibility in the future
Minimum 2+ years of prior experience with good longevity onboard
Watersports skills are essential
