Experienced yacht owners
Winter plan is to cross to the Caribbean - Bahamas, Puerta Rico, Florida
Crew are healthy, active, and fitness-oriented.
Good longevity with some of the current crew that have worked with the owners for a number of years

Role Requirements
The chef will have full ownership of the galley, working closely with the interior team to deliver a varied and high standard of food throughout each trip.
Maintaining a clean and organised galley
Creating and executing diverse menus for owners, charter guests, and crew, adhering to dietary requirements
Managing provisioning in the Caribbean, Bahamas, and Mediterranean, dealing with local agents.
Previous Sole Chef experience on yachts with strong charter experience
Confident cooking a broad range of cuisines
Positive, personable and happy working as part of a small crew
