RecruitEasy are looking for a Structural Sub Agent to work for our client based in Perth, Scotland, Perth and Kinross.
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: Ongoing
Pay Rate: Up To £30.00 Per Hour
Location: Perth, Scotland.
Job Roles:
Oversee and manage daily site operations on a large-scale civil engineering project
Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and plant resources
Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
Maintain compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
Monitor project progress and report on programme delivery
Liaise with clients, engineers, and project management teams
Manage site documentation, permits, and record keeping
Requirements:
Must have a valid CSCS Card
Proven experience as a Site Agent within Civil Engineering
Strong background in structural and civils projects
Relevant qualifications, tickets, and certifications
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple work fronts and site teams
We do not charge Payroll Admin Fees or use Umbrella Companies to process your pay - so you get to keep more of your take home pay.
