Job Description Summary
We are looking for a Platform Engineering/DevOps/SRE Engineer to join our infrastructure team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable platforms and infrastructure that power our applications. You will bridge development and operations, focusing on reliability, automation, and operational excellence. This is a hands-on role combining platform architecture, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and incident response.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure primarily on Microsoft Azure and Databricks, with working knowledge of AWS or GCP
Build and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Azure Resource Manager (ARM), Ansible, Helm, and Argo CD.
Develop, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, and other modern DevOps toolsets.
Implement and enhance observability solutions including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, and Dynatrace to ensure platform health, performance, and reliability.
Drive SRE best practices by defining and managing SLAs, SLOs, Error Budgets, and reliability metrics.
Establish and improve operational KPIs such as MTTA (Mean Time to Acknowledgment), MTTD (Mean Time to Detect), MTTR (Mean Time to Recovery), MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).
Participate in on-call rotations, incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and implementation of preventive and corrective actions.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, networking, platform, and application performance issues across distributed cloud environments.
Automate manual operational processes and develop reusable tooling, runbooks, and operational documentation.
