Job Role and Responsibilities:
Regular, proactive customer visits across assigned hospitals, laboratories, and regional accounts to build and maintain strong client relationships
Perform on-site product and instrument promotions, presentations to end-user (physicians, laboratory managers, and procurement teams)
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, present commercial proposals, and drive account growth in line with regional targets
Coordinate closely with technical service and logistics teams to ensure seamless product integration and high customer satisfaction
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and public tenders in the region to identify new commercial opportunities
Attend to related congress, symposiums…
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering
3 to 7 years of successful field sales experience in medical diagnostics
Fluency in written and spoken English
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
Communication, and negotiation skills
Active driver's license, willing to travel intercity as needed (3–5 field days per week).
