Lead and manage the Data Management initiatives and Operations squad, including engineers, support analysts, and platform specialists.
Manage and optimize platform maintenance & license renewal for cost optimization
Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of Data Lake, data integration, and data management platforms.
Oversee data pipeline monitoring, incident resolution, problem management, and root cause analysis and propose preventive measure for implementation.
Drive operational excellence through automation, process improvement, and DevOps/DataOps practices.
Work closely with Analytics Engineering to delivery modelled data for business consumption to increase data adoption in Data Platforms
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, risk, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, architecture, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver platform capabilities.
Define and Manage service levels (SLA), operational KPIs, and vendor delivery.
Support disaster recovery, capacity planning, and platform resiliency initiatives.
Drive and manage weekly Data Management Committee on data prioritization, incident management, and other critical data issues.
