We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Scrum Master to support Agile teams in delivering high-quality products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with Scrum methodologies, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to foster continuous improvement within cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coach development teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
Identify and help remove impediments affecting team productivity and delivery.
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure effective backlog management and sprint planning.
Monitor team performance using Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and sprint progress.
Promote effective communication and collaboration between development teams and stakeholders.
Support teams in maintaining transparency, accountability, and continuous delivery.
Identify opportunities to improve Agile processes and team efficiency.
Facilitate collaboration across distributed and remote teams.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in Scrum Master, Agile delivery, or related roles.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting Agile teams.
Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
Strong communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
Experience working with cross-functional software development teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and support team collaboration in a remote environment.
Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
