RSM is seeking a Program & Project Management Supervisor focused on NetSuite implementations to join our growing practice. In this role, you will lead small to medium-sized NetSuite implementation engagements across diverse industries, managing project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
You will partner closely with client stakeholders, engagement leaders, and NetSuite functional and technical teams to manage the full project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, governance, testing, and go-live readiness. You’ll also play a key role in developing team members, identifying opportunities with clients, and contributing to the continued growth of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the delivery of small to medium-sized NetSuite implementation engagements valued between $250K-$800K
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, budgets, schedules, resources, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with client goals and expectations
Coordinate NetSuite functional and technical workstreams throughout the implementation lifecycle
Establish project governance structures, meeting cadences, and escalation processes to support effective decision-making and accountability
Manage project scope in accordance with Statements of Work (SOWs) and maintain Change Request Logs to address changes in scope, timeline, resources, and budget
Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, actions, decisions, dependencies, and critical-path activities
Communicate project status, risks, budget impacts, decisions, and expected outcomes to client and internal stakeholders
Lead client status meetings and ensure project expectations, responsibilities, and next steps are clearly communicated
Identify and resolve project issues and serve as an escalation point to drive timely resolution
Coordinate project activities related to design, configuration, testing, data migration, integration, go-live readiness, deployment, and post-implementation support
Direct and motivate project teams while fostering positive and productive relationships across client, functional, and technical teams
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal engagement teams
Collaborate across RSM practice areas to deliver integrated solutions and identify additional client opportunities
Provide mentoring and on-the-job coaching to team members, promoting professional growth and an inclusive team environment
Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposals, project scoping, and estimates
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, ERP/technology implementations, and/or business transformation
Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies
Proven experience managing ERP, cloud technology, or other complex system implementation engagements
Experience managing project scope, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
Experience leading cross-functional project teams and coordinating functional and technical workstreams
