Join our client's dedicated Repairs and Maintenance team as a Multi Trader, making a real difference to social housing communities in Ellesmere Port.
Responsibilities of the Multi Trader:
Complete repairs and maintenance across occupied and void social housing
Joinery works, patch plastering, tiling, roofing, basic plumbing, painting and general snagging
Work independently and professionally, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and on time
Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed on-site
The successful Multi Trader will have:
Experience working in social housing environments
NVQ Level 2 in Joinery
Clean driving license
DBS Check
In return, the Multi Trader will receive:
£20.27 per hour – CIS/ PAYE
Van and fuel card
Ongoing work
