Serve as a senior partner to internal customers and executive stakeholders, setting expectations, aligning on scope and priorities, and communicating progress, risks, and tradeoffs clearly.
Oversee the delivery of complex productions and content packages, including video, photography, design, social assets, sizzles, event content, 3D/AR work, and other marketing deliverables.
Provide executive production leadership on high-visibility work and remain hands-on when needed, including developing briefs, shaping creative approaches, producing shoots, directing teams, and guiding work through final delivery.
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary production ecosystem spanning producers, creative producers, designers, editors, post-production, 3D/AR, studio operations, digital asset management, contractors, agencies, and external vendors.
Own capacity planning and resource allocation across the Snap Studio portfolio, including short-term labor, contractor workforce planning, vendor strategy, and long-term staffing recommendations.
