Job Title: Senior Java Developer - Financial Services - Essex 4 days per week
Location: Dunton (Essex 4 days per a week)
Salary/Rate: Up to £613 per day inside IR35
Start Date - November / December
Job Type: Initially 7 month contract (likely to extend for 12 months)

Job Responsibilities/Objectives
Designing and building high-scale backend services using Java
Developing secure and resilient identity and access management solutions
Working on systems supporting high-volume transactional workloads in a regulated environment
Applying Test Driven Development (TDD) throughout the software development lifecycle
Required Skills/Experience
Strongexperience in backend software engineering
Pair Programming experience
Test driven development
Strong Java development experience
Strong IAM (Identity Access Managementpreferably Oauth & Azure
Exposure to cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
Experience designing & building high-scale backend services
Mentoring Junior Engineers
