Our client is an award winning Property Developer who are hiring for the design team.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with project teams, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to integrate design and construction practices.
Conduct design assessments and provide recommendations to optimize project performance.
Monitor and report on project performance.
Identify and implement innovative design solutions and best practices.
Key Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Design Manager or a similar role within the construction or property industry.
In-depth knowledge of residential building practices, standards, and certifications.
