Our client is an award winning Fit Out contractor who are hiring for the commercial team due to the award of a number of new projects due to starting this summer.
Key Responsibilities
Managing sub-contractors and suppliers, including payments and variations
Assessing and pricing project variations and changes
Preparing interim and final valuations for works completed
Key Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, with experience in fit out or building projects preferred
Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes
