Our client is one of the Top Tier building contractors with a great pipeline of projects. They have been award a new project with an 24 month duration and are hiring a Site Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a number of Sub Contractors to ensure the successful delivery of construction projects.
Assist and work with the PM Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans.
Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the project specifications, quality standards, and Health and Safety policies and procedures.
Liaise with the PM and QS to ensure that their requirements are met and that they are kept informed of project progress.
Key Skills Required
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong Site management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
