Background
Our client is an established Main Contractor who is seeking an experienced Site
Manager to join their team, working on a residential development in Wexford.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors and trades
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Maintain high Health & Safety and quality standards.
Liaise with project teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
Monitor progress, resolve issues and oversee snagging and handover.
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in construction, with previous Site Management experience.
Strong residential construction background.
Proven ability to manage subcontractors and deliver projects to programme.
Relevant construction qualification or trade background.
