The Manager, Training & Development leads the day-to-day operation of the Training & Enablement function, building the programs, content, and delivery methods that get internal employees up to speed quickly and keep them growing from there. This is a hands-on leadership role: the Manager designs and delivers training directly, builds and leads a team that may include Content Developers, Content & Knowledge Base Specialists, Field Tech Trainers as the function scales, and partners closely with Product, Technology, Operations, and the Program Management team to make sure training keeps pace with what the business actually needs. The Manager owns the organization's internal knowledge base and LMS as extensions of the training function, oversees Train-the-Trainer readiness and field-based technical training for field technicians, and leverages AI-powered tools to accelerate content development. This is a 100% remote position.
