Job Overview
This role is pivotal to delivering design across Mint Mobile and Ultra Mobile. Inside Full Bars — our in-house agency — you'll craft and elevate design and motion work across websites, apps, social, email, print, and campaigns. You'll partner daily with copywriters, project managers, ACDs, art directors, and fellow designers to hold a high standard across both brands, while helping evolve our aesthetic, our tooling, and our creative point of view as the needs of the business change. Expect to support senior designers on their work, own projects of your own end to end, and bring ideas to pitches and brainstorms that push the brands forward.
