Full-stack software developer building a new requirements-management platform from the ground up. Remote contract role focused on delivering an MVP by year-end. Requires ownership, AI tooling fluency, and collaboration with a senior delivery team.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and ship core features for a brand-new requirements platform.
Own end-to-end development from data model to UI.
Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate delivery.
Collaborate closely with senior architects and AI specialists.
Communicate progress and blockers clearly in a remote, client-facing setting.
Iterate rapidly toward an MVP by December.
Maintain code quality and performance in a fast-moving environment.
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of professional software development experience
Proven experience with React and TypeScript
Proven experience with Python, ideally FastAPI (Flask/Django acceptable)
Solid working knowledge of PostgreSQL (schema design, queries, performance basics)
Fluent daily use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code
Preferred Skills:
Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving, client-facing consulting environment
Strong communication skills and responsiveness in a remote setting
Hybrid software developer + AI engineer profile with applied AI/ML exposure
Prior consulting or client-facing delivery experience
