Fancy leading quality for the biggest food manufacturer in their category?
This is a great opportunity to take the lead on QA at a fresh produce site where quality really matters and your work gets noticed. It’s fast-moving and varied, so no two days are the same.
You’ll report to a supportive Technical Manager and lead the QA team day to day:
Building and developing a QA team you’re proud of
Getting to the bottom of quality issues and customer complaints, and putting lasting fixes in place
Overseeing Hold and Release to keep product standards high
Working with the wider site to meet retailer and site standards
Supporting internal audits, GMP, fabrication, metal detection, check weighing, calibration and taste panels
Reporting on quality KPIs and celebrating the wins
Helping build a positive, audit-ready culture across the site
What they’re looking for:
5+ years in a food technical or quality role
Experience leading and developing a team
A good communicator who’s organised and confident making decisions
HACCP, food safety or auditing qualifications are a bonus
