Photocopier Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Photocopier Engineer for a leading MPS organisation. This company a growing and forward-thinking service provider.
Key Responsibilities:
Service, maintenance and networking of MFDs / Photocopiers
Supporting customers and other engineers throughout the region
Dealing with call outs for fault finding and repairs
Providing an exceptional customer service
Essential Experience:
It is essential you are currently an engineer working on MFD/Photocopier devices
Excellent IT / Networking skills
Excellent communication skills dealing with clients at all levels
Great time management and ability to work under pressure
Desirable Experience
Manufacturer trained on Ricoh/Sharp/Canon/Xerox or Kyocera machines
Experience on IT solutions (Equitrac, Ecopy, Papercut)
