It's a genuine step up for someone ready to take on real ownership early.

Here's what you'll be doing: Building and maintaining full stack features across both client-facing and internal platforms Writing clean, tested code for front end interfaces and back end services alike Collaborating with product and design to turn requirements into working software Fixing bugs, improving performance, and keeping technical debt under control Participating in code reviews and picking up feedback quickly Supporting deployments and troubleshooting issues as they come up Here are the skills you'll need: Solid grounding in JavaScript or TypeScript, with exposure to a modern framework Working knowledge of back end development and relational or NoSQL databases Comfort with version control and collaborative development workflows Good communication skills.
You'll need to explain technical decisions to non-technical colleagues A genuine appetite to learn fast and take feedback without taking it personally Some understanding of how remote, distributed teams actually function day to day Key perks and benefits: Salary of £24,000 to £36,000, depending on experience Fully remote working, with the flexibility to structure your own day Private medical insurance and pension contribution Generous annual leave plus genuinely flexible working arrangements Clear professional development pathways within a growing SME Why pursue a career in Offshore Staffing?
Offshore Staffing keeps expanding as companies look for ways to build teams without the overheads of traditional hiring, and developers who understand both the technical and operational side of it are in short supply.
Cambridge gives this industry an unusual advantage: deep technical talent, strong university links, and a track record of producing exactly the kind of engineers this sector needs.
Progress into senior and lead roles tends to come quickly for people who show initiative early.
