Make your mark as an Offshore Full Stack Developer in the Offshore Staffing sector, based in London.
Offshore staffing has quietly become one of the most important parts of how growing companies build products.
Clients want senior-level engineering output without the overheads of a traditional in-house team, and that means the developers behind the scenes carry real weight.
This particular business is a startup in the offshore staffing space, built around flat teams and fast decisions.
You won't be a cog here.
You'll be one of the people actually shaping how things get built.
Here's what you'll be doing: Build and ship features across the full stack, from database schema to the interface a client's end user actually touches Work directly with offshore delivery teams to translate client requirements into working code, fast Write clean, maintainable code and review your own output honestly before it goes anywhere near production Debug issues across multiple live client projects, sometimes in the same afternoon Contribute to decisions on architecture and tooling as the team scales Document your work clearly enough that someone else on the team can pick it up without asking you twenty questions Here are the skills you'll need: Solid hands-on experience with a modern JavaScript or TypeScript stack (React, Node, or similar) plus at least one backend language A working grasp of databases, both relational and NoSQL, and how to query them without causing a mess Comfort with Git, basic CI/CD concepts, and working in a remote team where nobody's watching over your shoulder Good written communication.
A lot of this role happens in Slack and pull requests, not meetings A genuinely curious streak.
You'll be asked to pick up unfamiliar codebases regularly Resilience.
Offshore staffing moves at a different pace to a typical nine-to-five dev job, and that suits some people far better than others Key perks and benefits: £24,000 to £41,500 depending on experience Fully remote role, work from wherever suits you Equity in the business, not just a salary line Flexible hours built around output, not clock-watching A real learning and development budget you're actually encouraged to use Why pursue a career in Offshore Staffing?
The offshore staffing market has grown steadily for years and shows no sign of slowing, as more companies decide they'd rather hire sharp remote talent than build enormous in-house teams.
For a developer, that means variety: different clients, different stacks, different problems to solve most weeks.
London remains one of the strongest hubs for this kind of work, with no shortage of companies looking for people who can simply get on with it.
