Join a startup Offshore Staffing company as a Offshore Full Stack Developer in Montreal.
Offshore staffing has moved well past basic outsourcing.
Clients now expect embedded technical talent who can ship product, not just fill a seat on a timesheet.
This startup builds and places remote development teams for companies that need senior-grade engineering without the overhead of a full in-house team, and the Offshore Full Stack Developer role sits right at the centre of that offer.
Here's what you'll be doing: Build and maintain full stack features across front end and back end, working in a small, fast-moving product team Write clean, tested code in JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks and ship it without layers of sign-off slowing you down Work directly with clients on technical requirements, translating what they need into working software Fix bugs, optimise performance, and keep applications stable as usage grows Pair with designers and other developers to turn rough ideas into shipped features within days, not months Document your work clearly so teammates across time zones can pick it up without a briefing call Here are the skills you'll need: Solid experience with a modern JavaScript framework (React, Node.
js or similar) and comfort moving between front end and back end A working grasp of databases, APIs, and basic cloud deployment Good written English, since most communication with clients and teammates happens async Comfortable working independently and asking for help early rather than going quiet when stuck Some exposure to client-facing or outsourced development work is useful but not essential Curiosity.
You'll be handed problems with no fixed playbook and expected to figure them out Key perks and benefits: C$24,500 to C$41,000, depending on experience Fully remote role, work from anywhere in or around Montreal Equity in the business, not just a pay cheque Flexible hours built around output, not clock-watching A real learning and development budget to keep your skills current Why pursue a career in Offshore Staffing?
Demand for offshore technical talent keeps climbing as companies realise they can get senior-level development without senior-level overhead.
Montreal has become a genuine hub for this work, with a deep pool of bilingual engineering talent and strong ties to both US and European clients.
Good developers who can work independently and communicate clearly move up fast in this field, because that combination is rarer than the CV pile suggests.
