An exceptional opportunity for a junior Remote Web Developer to shape the future of Offshore Staffing in Newcastle.

The platforms and portals that connect clients to distributed teams need to work properly, every time, across time zones and devices, and that's where a Remote Web Developer earns their keep.
This role sits inside an established SME that's grown steadily by getting the technical foundations right, and it's now looking for someone to help build the tools that keep offshore staffing operations running.
Here's what you'll be doing: Build and maintain web applications that support offshore staffing operations, from client dashboards to internal tracking tools Write clean, tested front-end and back-end code and fix bugs as they surface Work with designers and product owners to turn requirements into working features Support integrations with third-party systems used across the offshore staffing workflow Take part in code reviews and pick up feedback without ego Help troubleshoot live issues and keep documentation up to date as the codebase evolves Here are the skills you'll need: Solid grounding in HTML, CSS and JavaScript, plus a modern framework (React, Vue or similar) Some experience with back-end development and working with APIs Comfortable using Git and following a structured development process Good communication skills.
You'll be remote, so clarity matters more than volume Curious enough to learn the offshore staffing domain rather than treating it as just another client brief Able to manage your own time and flag blockers early, without needing constant check-ins Key perks and benefits: £22,000 to £32,000 depending on experience Fully remote working, based from anywhere with a reliable connection to Newcastle-based teams Private medical insurance and pension contribution Annual leave with flexible working built in, not bolted on Bonus scheme and genuine room to grow into a more senior developer role Why pursue a career in Offshore Staffing?

A Remote Web Developer who understands this sector builds skills that transfer easily and stay in demand.
Newcastle has become a genuine hub for this kind of work, with a growing cluster of firms that need developers who can think beyond the ticket in front of them.
