Accounting Specialist (Bilingual Korean Required)
Timpl has partnered with a leading manufacturer of automotive suspension
components and is seeking an Accounting Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform daily accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts
receivable, and general ledger entries.
* Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments.
* Prepare customer invoices and monitor collections.
* Reconcile bank accounts, vendor statements, and employee expense reports.
* Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
* Support preparation of financial statements and reports for management and
auditors.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, U.S. GAAP, and relevant tax
regulations.
* Coordinate with HQ in South Korea on financial reporting and intercompany
transactions.
* Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
* 2+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing industry experience
preferred).
* Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting procedures.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems (SAP experience a
plus).
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a
multicultural team.
* Bilingual (English/Korean) is a plus but not required.
