Factory Raw Material Admin/Supervisor/Manager
Timpl has partnered with a leading 3PL logistics service provider offering
integrated solutions including air, ocean, and ground transportation,
warehousing & distribution, and customs clearance. And we are seeking a Factory
Raw Material Admin/Supervisor/Manager
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize raw material warehouse
efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
* Oversee and manage all aspects of raw material warehouse operations, from
receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
* Implement and enforce strict safety policies and procedures to maintain a
safe and healthy working environment.
* Manage and supervise a team of raw material warehouse personnel, providing
leadership, training, and performance evaluations.
* Implement and maintain inventory management systems to ensure accurate
tracking and control of raw material stock levels.
* Monitor and analyze raw material warehouse performance metrics, identifying
areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
* Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in raw material warehouse
technology and best practices.
* Assist with inventory counts and audits, ensuring the accuracy of stock
records.
Qualifications
* Warehouse MHE experience preferred
* Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience preferred.
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to multi-task
* Proficiency in MS Office Products
Shift E: Monday - Friday / Day Shift (8am : 5pm)
