Logistic Specialist (Bilingual in Spanish and English)
Timpl has partnered with a global chemical company and is looking for a Logistic
Specialist.
Main Objectives:
· Order entry, tracking and reporting stock, manage direct & consignment
orders
· Sales support & inventory tracking, reporting & reconciliation
· Manage 3rd party warehouse inventory & consignment
· Delivery window date management by controlling shipping schedule
· Shipping document reconciliation
· Invoicing and payment posting tracking
· AR: collect and report AR status
· Correspond with customers and follow up with their requests
· Direct communication with HQ
Competencies / Desired Skills:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or a
business-related field is preferred.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
* Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma tools is a plus.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English
