Sales Specialist
Timpl has partnered with a 1 tier supplier for a global automobile manufacture
and is seeking for a Sales Specialist.
Location : Register, GA
MAJOR FUNCTION:
1. Manages and plans delivery of parts to customers and checking the quantity of
pallets
2. Monitors inventory of shipping area at A-jin and customers
3. Monitors standards of the organization or Shipping process
4. Receives a PO and send it to related departments
5. Maintains 3C 5S includes a shipping dock and fork lift
6. Checks the attendance and trains team members and liaison (Customer service
representative)
7. Manages the warehousing of all finished goods which includes picking,
packaging and shipment of products and materials (1&2 shift)
8. Manages the trucking company (Trailer and Truck) and monitors a driver
performance
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Monitor employee performance and schedule staff to meet anticipated work
demand
2. Reports export documentation and data entry for all shipments
3. Assist the shipping manager with daily functions
4. Assign employees to pick, package, and ship products and materials to our
customers
5. Reconcile daily shipping data and complete reports
6. Assure that staff works safely and in compliance with state and federal
safety regulations
7. Monitor shipments to ensure that customer specific requirements are met
8. Keep work area clean and organized (3C 5S)
9. Interface with our customers through various means to ensure that we are in
compliance with their prescribed shipping methods and requirements
10. Notify our customers when difficulties arise in meeting their requirements
and negotiate a workable solution for both parties
11. Prepare, evaluate, and maintain employee performance reviews and time cards
12. Perform various other duties as required

PREREQUISITES FOR THE JOB:
1. Bachelor's degree in business general administration
2. Proficiency in Window Excel, Power Point, Word required
3. An individual must demonstrate strong supervisory, interpersonal,
communication skills
4. Capability to perform multi-tasks
5. Possess excellent problem solving skills
6. Ability to resolve employee conflicts, problems, and complaints
7. Knowledge of applicable statues pertaining to EOE, discrimination, sexual
harassment, and other labor related allegations
8. Possess strong math skills
9. Computer proficiency is a must.
10. Physical Requirements - ability to bend, twist, stoop, reach, climb ladders,
lift materials up to 70 Ibs., and move materials up to 600 lbs using a pallet
jack

1. Accountable to the Sales manager of the organization for all phases of
